Private Parties
The ENTIRE building is yours!
1. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are the weeknights when we hold private parties, you have your choice of hours.
We also offer a "2 hour" Saturday afternoon party (4:30 to 6:30 pm) and a "2 1/2 hour" Sunday afternoon party (4:30 to 7:00 pm).
You can book a late private skate on Friday nights -after 9:30 pm.
*ALSO available but not regularly scheduled, are early parties (4:00-6:00 pm) every Wednesday.*
RENTAL COST IS BASED ON THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ATTENDING THE PARTY. OUR PRICE CHART IS AS FOLLOWS:
2 HOUR PARTY
$275.00 - 50 or less
$250.00 - 50 to 100
$225.00 - 100 or more
2 1/2 HOUR PARTY
$300.00 - 50 or less
$275.00 - 50 to 100
$250.00 - 100 or more
2. Skate Rental is extra. It's $2.00 a pair for regular rentals. Sizes are from a child's 8 to an adult 15. Quad skate rental is $3.00.
Inline rental is $4.00. (Sizes are limited for Quad or inline rentals). We collect the rental fee at the front entrance, or you may
run a tab.
3. The party may sell tickets in advance, collect money at the door, or have it open to their group (such as for birthday or
anniversary party.)
4. The DJ is supplied!! The party may NOT bring their own DJ, but may supply music or give a list of songs.
5. Snack Bar will be open. The party may bring cake or cupcakes, but if soda or other food items are brought, an extra
$60.00 is charged. We now serve ice cream!
6. WE MUST HAVE A DEPOSIT UPON BOOKING THE PARTY
we will extend one courtesy call to remind you. SORRY... we do not take credit cards. Cash or a check only.
After that we will erase your reservation from our book. Amount of deposit required: $100.00 for 2 1/2 hr party
$75.00 for 2 hr party. Deposits are not refundable. Balance due on day of skating session.
